We sell pens that we love

• Our stock is mainly from the Japanese company ‘Sailor’.  We believe that Sailor pens are some of the best in the world.  Their aesthetic is exquisite and their nibs and ink flows are wonderfully made and engineered.

• Some of our Sailor pens are turned from ebonite, and covered in twelve layers of Urushi lacquer.  They take months to make and have large nibs.  Other of our other pens are made from resins, with smaller nibs which are also wonderful.

• Sailor have three main lines: ‘King of Pens’, ‘1911’, and ‘Professional Gear’.  There are also a number of Special Edition pens available.

• Additionally and from time to time we sell hand cut reed pens, cut from reeds collected in the Camargue, and from English bamboo.
